Ingredients:
180g porridge oats
120g vanilla whey
30g chopped almonds (you could use any other nut or none at all)
200g blueberries
20g chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
150ml whole milk
1 egg
80g honey
70ml water
Method:
– Mix all ingredients and bake in a butter-lined tin for 20 mins at 180′ (fan oven);
– Cool in the tin and then divide into 8 bars.

Per Bar: 246kcal, 26g carb, 7g fat, 17g protein, 12g sugar.
