The best way to book into any Shared Personal Training session is through The Fitting Rooms app, available on the AppStore or Google Play. If you are unable to access our app for any reason, you can also book in directly through the calendar below.

Don’t forget: you can book sessions online up to 45 minutes before the start time if you want a last minute fitness fix! Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged for, so please rearrange or cancel sessions with as much notice as possible to avoid being charged.
