Until the 17th February you can purchase our New Year Focus Shared Personal Training packages, allowing you to experience expert personal training for less than £27 per session. You have two options:

1) Train 4 times a week for 8 weeks: £850
2) Train 3 times a week for 8 weeks: £675

The FREE Taster session will last around an hour. We will talk through your current fitness goals, discuss your previous training experience and take key body measurements. One of our expert personal trainers will then take you through a tailored training session so that you can get a feel for the training service that we offer and so that we can assess the most suitable 8-week training programme to help you get in your best ever shape in 2019!

Terms & Conditions: The New Year Focus Shared Personal Training packages give you up to 8 weeks of training, starting from the date of your first session; All sessions are an hour long; We recommend an average of 3 or 4 sessions a week for optimal results but you can vary from 1-5 times a week, as preferred; The packages cannot be paused and sessions cannot be carried beyond the end of 8 weeks; The New Year Focus packages are non-refundable; Full payment is required in advance; This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
