Until the 28th April you can purchase our Spring Shape-Up Shared Personal Training packages, allowing you to experience expert personal training for around £26 per session. You have two options:

1) Train 3 times a week for 10 weeks: £850
2) Train 4 times a week for 10 weeks: £1,050

The FREE Taster session will last around an hour. We will talk through your current fitness goals, discuss your previous training experience and take key body measurements. One of our expert personal trainers will then take you through a tailored training session so that you can get a feel for the training service that we offer and so that we can assess the most suitable 8-week training programme to help you get in your best ever shape in 2019!

Terms & Conditions: The Shared Personal Training Shape-Up packages give you up to 10 weeks of training, starting from the date of your first session; All sessions are an hour long; We recommend an average of 3 or 4 sessions a week for optimal results but you can vary from 1-5 times a week, as preferred; The packages can be paused for holidays with prior notice but otherwise sessions cannot be carried beyond the end of 10 weeks; The Shape-Up packages are non-refundable; Full payment is required in advance; This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
