The Fat Loss and Conditioning Programme is designed to help you shed body fat and build some serious fitness. If you’re looking to trim down a few sizes, work on your muscular endurance and develop some serious tone then this is the programme for you.
This isn’t a boring cardio programme however: you’ll still be squatting, lunging, deadlifting, swinging kettlebells and a whole lot more; all under our watchful eye! Expect the conditioning to be tough, but so worth it when you’re dropping down a jean size or starting to see that muscle tone coming through!
Resistance training incorporated with HIIT and circuits is by far the most effective and sustainable way to drop body fat, ensuring you won’t be yo-yoing back up again! It’s also considerably more fun than standard cardio so you’ll look forward to everyone workout!
