“I’ve been doing the online Body Toning & Strength programme for the past few months and I love it. It’s the next best thing to being there at the gym in person.
The mobile app makes it easy to see my weekly schedule and workout and, because I need to check in after each workout, it is an excellent motivator and keeps me accountable – I like seeing my weights go up as I progress through the programme.
The app contains detailed information on sets, reps, timing and intensity so I am always challenged. It also lets me track weights and record comments under each exercise. I especially like the video function – I can see what the proper form of each exercise looks like, and record myself to compare. I can also ask TFR to take a look at my videos to give me pointers or if I need some encouragement, through the messaging function.”
