The FREE Taster session will last around an hour. We will talk through your current fitness goals, discuss your previous training experience and take key body measurements. One of our expert personal trainers will then take you through a tailored training session so that you can get a feel for the training service that we offer and so that we can assess the most suitable 10-week training programme to help you get Fit for Christmas!

Terms & Conditions: You have 10 weeks to use the New Year Plan 30 sessions starting from the date of the first session. Whilst we recommend training 3 times a week for optimal results, you can train more or less each week but sessions cannot be carried beyond the 10 weeks, although your package can be paused with prior notice. The New Year Plan costs £850 and full payment is required in advance. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
