All Shared PT sessions are an hour long, but your credit can also be used to book 30-minute 1-on-1 sessions if there’s something you really want to focus individually. Sessions can be booked in our high-spec gym or at our outdoor training area in London Bridge, which is fully kitted out with squat rack, bench press, barbells, dumbbells and more so you can get become fitter, stronger and healthier than ever before in the safest and most convenient way possible!

The FREE Taster session will last around an hour. We will talk through your current fitness goals, discuss your previous training experience and take key body measurements. One of our expert personal trainers will then take you through a tailored training session so that you can get a feel for the training service that we offer and so that we can assess the most suitable 10-week training programme to help you get in your best ever shape in 2019!
