Our Back On It Training Package gives you 2 or 3 Shared Personal Training sessions a week, plus unlimited Virtual Classes, all taken by one of our highly qualified, expert Personal Trainers for 8 weeks. £499 for 2x a week. £725 for 3x a week.

The FREE Taster session will last around an hour. We will talk through your current fitness goals, discuss your previous training experience and take key body measurements. One of our expert personal trainers will then take you through a tailored training session so that you can get a feel for the training service that we offer and so that we can assess the most suitable 10-week training programme to help you get in your best ever shape in 2019!

* Terms & Conditions: Our Back On It Training packages refer to Shared Personal Training Sessions and Virtual Classes. The packages give you 16 or 24 Shared PT sessions and unlimited Virtual Classes to use across 8 weeks; unused sessions at the end of the 8 weeks will expire and cannot be carried forward; the packages can be paused for holidays with prior notice.
