Experience training with one of our expert Personal Trainers, in the comfort of your own home, with our Virtual Classes!

The Fitting Rooms is known for developing highly effective workouts that will push your muscles to their limits, whilst building a strong, balanced and healthy body. For anyone who can’t make it in to London Bridge to train with us in person, but who wants to experience our industry leading training programmes; we now offer Virtual Classes. The classes are now pre-recorded for the month so book in through The Fitting Rooms app and sweat it out at a time that suits you best!

Our Virtual Classes really are an incredible way to stay active and look after your health when you don’t have access to a gym.

HOW TO BOOK IN

To book into any of our Virtual Classes, simply download The Fitting Rooms app from the AppStore or GooglePlay. Once you’ve created an account you’ll be able to book straight into the workouts, just search for the Virtual CLASS sessions in the schedule.

Shortly before the scheduled time, you will be sent a YouTube link. The link will stay active until the end of the month so you can follow the workout at a time that suits you best, as many times as you like!

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Our Virtual Classes are incredible value! Join any session for just £5 or buy an Unlimited Monthly Pass* for £20. There really is no cheaper way to train with one of London’s top personal trainers!

*Purchasing the Unlimited Pass does not give you automatic access to the sessions – you will still need to book in each day!

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

Each of our Virtual Classes uses just your own body weight, so there is no need for any equipment; although if you already have your own weights or resistance bands at home, you can of course add them if you feel the need and we’ll tell you how you can include these as we go along.

WHAT CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE?

We have a different workout every day of the week so that whatever you’re working towards, we can help! Current workouts include Full Body Day 1, Full Body Day 2, Lower Body Workout, HIIT, Glutes & Abs and Yoga.

Each workout is suitable for any level of training experience. Regressions and progressions of each exercise are given when appropriate so that you will always get the most from every session!
