Experience training with one of our expert Personal Trainers, in the comfort of your own home! We now offer a range of Home Workout training options with prices starting from under £5 an hour!

The Fitting Rooms is known for developing highly effective workouts that will push your muscles to their limits, whilst building a strong, balanced and healthy body. For anyone who can’t make it in to London Bridge to train with us in person, but who wants to experience our industry leading training programmes; we now offer Home Workouts in the form of: Live Virtual Classes; Virtual Shared Personal Training and Virtual One-on-one Personal Training. HOW DO I JOIN SESSIONS?

To join either our 5* rated Virtual Classes or Virtual Shared PT sessions, you will need to download The Fitting Rooms app from the AppStore or Google Play. Once you have created an account you will be able to browse the full schedule and book into any session.

And to make the decision to join even easier for you, when you first sign up, you can choose between a Week’s Unlimited Virtual Class Pass for £5, or a Week’s Virtual Shared PT pass for just £25! Simply go to the Buy section on the app to select.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

All of our Virtual Home Workouts use your own body weight for resistance so there is no need for any equipment. However, if you already have your own weights or resistance bands at home, you can of course use them if you feel the need and we’ll tell you how you can include these as we go along. For all Virtual 1-on-1 sessions we will tailor your programme according to what equipment you have access to.

WHAT LEVEL ARE YOUR WORKOUTS APPROPRIATE FOR?

Our Virtual Classes are appropriate for any level of training experience. Regressions and progressions of exercise are given when appropriate so that you will always get the most from every session!

Our Virtual Shared Personal Training sessions are divided into three programmes Foundation, Advanced and Lean Muscle. Each programme is appropriate for a different level of strength and fitness so we advise you to get in touch prior to booking so that we can advise the most suitable programme for you to join.
