Until the 20th October you can purchase our Active Autumn Shared Personal Training packages, allowing you to experience expert personal training for less than £30 a session. You have two options:

1) Unlimited training for 10 weeks: £1,200
2) Train 3 times a week for 10 weeks: £899

The FREE Taster session will last around an hour. We will talk through your current fitness goals, discuss your previous training experience and take key body measurements. One of our expert personal trainers will then take you through a tailored training session so that you can get a feel for the training service that we offer and so that we can assess the most suitable 10-week training programme to help you get in your best ever shape in 2019!

* Terms & Conditions: The Unlimited Shared Personal Training package allows you to train up to twice a day, six days a week for 10 weeks; to ensure fairness for all clients, three no-shows or late cancels within a two week period will result in a one-week training ban which cannot be reclaimed. The 3x week Shared Personal Training package gives you 30 sessions to use across 10 weeks (an average of 3 a week); unused sessions at the end of the 10 weeks will expire and cannot be carried forward. Both packages can be paused for holidays but prior notice is required.
