We create your vision of your future fit. Through discussion and visualisation we will determine your desired level of fitness, flexibility, body shape, body composition and general well-being.

STEP 3. FIT PROGRAMME DESIGN
We develop your optimised fitness programme using a tailored mix of our services to take you from your current fit to future fit. Long and short-term goals, financial budgets and time constraints are all considered as we design your full Fitting Room fitness experience.

STEP 4. RE-FIT
We encourage you to re-fit as you progress. We will assess and optimise your programme to keep you motivated and on track to achieve your fitness goals. Please request a re-fit at any time.
