Stephen has an in-depth knowledge of strength & conditioning, body composition and physique training. He also understands, all too well, the real life struggle of balancing city life with training and nutrition, as for the past three years he has juggled working as a qualified management accountant with running a successful personal training business: all the while, finding time to keep himself in great shape.
YASMIN SAADI: DIRECTOR
Yasmin has an unrivalled passion for health and fitness that shines through in both her training sessions and her fitness articles, which have built a large online following. With years of training experience behind her, Yasmin has worked with clients from beginner to national sports-level, producing results in body composition and strength which speak for themselves.

ANYA DROZDOVA: PERSONAL TRAINER
Anya is an experienced and enthusiastic trainer who has a genuine interest in wellbeing, movement and mindfulness. With a background in Olympic lifting and kickboxing, she is passionate about promoting a healthy body image and greater self-confidence, and is also dedicated to encouraging women to discover the many benefits of strength training.

Toby brings a real depth of knowledge to the team: from his years of experience at a top pilates studio to attending body composition camps at the world renowned PICP institute, not to mention his Sports Science Degree from St Mary’s University.
