Being a competitive bodybuilder, achieving British runner up at the NPA Nationals, David knows what it takes to get results!

Stephen - Expert Personal Trainers SE1 London Bridge

Stephen has an in-depth knowledge of strength & conditioning, body composition and physique training. He also understands, all too well, the real life struggle of balancing city life with training and nutrition, as for the past three years he has juggled working as a qualified management accountant with running a successful personal training business: all the while, finding time to keep himself in great shape.

YASMIN JORDAN: DIRECTOR

Expert Personal Trainers London Bridge Yasmin Saadi

Yasmin has an unrivalled passion for health and fitness and is dedicated to helping promote a healthy body image and greater self-confidence amongst clients. With years of training experience behind her, Yasmin has worked with clients from beginner to national sports-level, producing results in body composition and strength which speak for themselves. Having trained countless women, including herself, through pregnancy she is a strong advocate for pre and postnatal exercise and is passionate about encouraging women to discover the many benefits of strength training.

Toby brings a real depth of knowledge to the team: from his years of experience at a top pilates studio to attending body composition camps at the world renowned PICP institute, not to mention his Sports Science Degree from St Mary’s University. Expect a scientific and detailed approach from Toby that will bring you unrivalled results!

Issie’s background in powerlifting and physique-training, combined with her further qualifications in nutrition mean she has the knowledge to help you sculpt the body you desire. Her in-depth knowledge of resistance training shines through in her meticulous programming and inspiring delivery of sessions to ensure you achieve long-term and sustainable results!

JOSH KAR: PERSONAL TRAINER

Josh - Personal Trainer London Bridge Southwark Gym

Josh’s knowledge of training is testament to his thirst for knowledge. With a vast number of seminars and workshops under his belt, he finds techniques and methods to perfectly fit the individual and produce the very best results! When training with Josh, expect a thorough evaluation of your technique along with incredibly personalised programming; results are a given!

MIKE HANNON: PERSONAL TRAINER

Mike took up weight training at 15 years old and his passion and enthusiasm for the sport shine through in his session delivery.

RICHARD SINCLAIR: PERSONAL TRAINER

Richard has over 5 years’ of experience as a Personal Trainer and has worked with a wide range of clients in that time. He boasts a 2:1 (hons) Degree in Strength & Conditioning Science from St Mary’s University as well as further qualifications in Sports Massage and Teaching. He is a real stickler for form, which you’ll notice in your sessions: expect him to break down your technique to ensure you get the very best from every exercise!

Our lovely Front of House ladies, Kat & Jess, are always here to welcome you with a smile and make sure that you are looked after from when you arrive to after you’ve been put through your paces with our personal trainers.
