Our Spiced Chicken Goujons are high in protein, low in fat and big on flavour so you can enjoy a guilt-free dinner that tastes a lot naughtier than it is!

300g chicken breast fillets;
1 slice wholemeal bread;
1 egg;
1/2 tsp cumin;
1/2 tsp paprika;
1/2 tsp salt;
1/2 tsp pepper;

– Preheat oven to 170 degrees fan;
– Put bread & spices in a food processor and blitz until you have a coarse crumb. Pour mix onto a plate;
– Beat egg and pour onto a second plate;
– Coat each chicken fillet in the egg, then cover in the breadcrumb mix and lay on a baking tray;
– Bake for 20 minutes;
– Serve with rice or homemade potato chips and lots of veg!
