Joanne had just finished a 12 week strength program, which saw her squat and deadlift well over her own body weight and achieve her first pull-up, so we decided to change things up and focus on fat loss for a while.

This program consists of upper body / lower body supersets. These are massively challenging on the body with a huge calorie expenditure, making them great for fat loss. If you’re working at the correct intensity you should feel slightly nauseated throughout, something Joanne can definitely testify to!
